Marci Ronald currently serves as Executive Vice President at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley and is responsible for helping to lead and manage the $13M United Way to improve lives and community conditions in Lehigh and Northampton counties. At United Way, Marci’s primary focus is to lead a talented team of staff and volunteers to invest dollars into community solutions to achieve measurable success in three specific goals: education, healthy aging, and food access by 2022.

Marci Ronald has 18 years of experience in human services, with almost 10 of those years at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Her background includes work in public and community health, sexual assault, basic crisis response and juvenile offender mediation, bullying prevention, results based accountability and systems change in education. Marci is a student and facilitator of Collective Impact, and works to help the Lehigh Valley to work together through this model.

Marci currently serves on the Board for Promise Neighborhoods of the Lehigh Valley, the Chamber’s Nonprofit and Business Partners Council, and the Freedom Memorial Project. She has led strategic planning efforts for United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council, the Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley, and the Allentown School District Foundation.

Marci was a resident and parent in the Allentown School District for 7 years and recently relocated to Bethlehem with her two sons, Gavin and Connor. She is passionate about supporting and connecting in her community and appreciates the chance to be with you today.
